CORPORATE DIRECTORS GROUP
The Corporate Directors Group (CDG) is an organization
exclusively for directors and CEO's of public companies. The purpose of
the organization is to allow public company directors, corporate counsels
and CEO's the opportunity to meet, network and learn. The organization
sponsors a series of director education venues across the country where
members have an opportunity to be briefed by experts in the field of corporate
governance and responsibility, audit practices and executive compensation
issues. These venues allow members to meet, network and learn.
Further, the CDG offers a Professional Director
Certification, a unique director education credential for those members
who complete the organizations certification process; this includes
CDG education venues, particularly the "Advanced Director Education Seminars".
